aIW not updating

Sup dudes, been awhile since i played mw2 so I decided to redownload alteriwnet. Launched the iw4mpOLD.exe and waited for it to update.

it's at 4/4 0.5% for the last 10 minutes with 0kb/s. What gives? I already made sure it wasn't my AV or firewall, restarted it 3 times, checked my internet (which is running just fine) and still, 0kb/s forever. any help would be appreciated.

I recommend you download the Torrent version, the update doesn't work for me also but when I download from the Torrent works just fine.
