    Hey Guys <3 Need Help

    Uhm How do i change my IP Ad, I Have been trying to change it for the Past Hour and I done everything Correctly right ( I think) And it says I disconnect from internet and i restart i do that and still doesn connect. Then What my Ip Was before when i change it, It goes back to my Previous Ip Soo Help me Out guys Thanks
