Lol they didn't do that shit to reunite the world, their has been plenty of sightings and Mexico crash of an UFO that is still to this day not solved. We don't know what crashed but whatever it was, killed the whole team that went there to rescue it.

Also, their are tons of places that have the opportunity to create life. Jupiter's moon even has enough sun light and water to create life.
