He's talking about how much there is added to it. IE: 5 Damage Points, etc.

Actually it depends on the gun. Some attachments to guns don't even change it's stats, even though it appears to say it did something, and it just ends up wasting GP and customization parts. I don't know the exact stats, but it can make a difference. I just think of every "+" as one extra point, but it's not always the case, and I don't think anyone could prove what it's real stats would be anyways. All we can do is take a guess.

I'm curious because my Uzi unmodded does 30 damage, with the Class C part the Uzi just fucking destroy everything.
