Many people would still spend money on the game even if they aren't a GOA. If everyone were to become a GOA, then the rank system would be pointless, and therefore your argument is invalid.

I'm not raging. That argument was really invalid as people don't spend money dependant on their rank. You can see some nx whores in Jackson as well, but I doubt they play there anymore due to hackers. Which is another reason why people would spen money: to join BM server. There is a substantially less number of hackers compared to that of Papa/Bravo. And, along with the OPness of the guns, it is very enticing.
