    Need help with proxy

    Me and my grief team got banned off icecraft and we are not done with them yet.So my brother on the home comp puts on hotspot shield and can get on but im on my own personal netbook from school.So the question is why doesnt my ip change when i connect to the router

    Most likely you have a static ip address. A phone call to your ISP asking to change ip should solve any issues
