GOd... i once had this program
You had to dowload it and it contained over 1000 Fonts.... fucking awsome.

You probaly need to resize it to make it look like a forum signature. Give it a border, look up some tuts :O!

anyway, Find some really basic pic tutorial,
When selecting tools on the left side, you can also right click them for a little menu to come up.
In that menu you can select several other tools that each have other effects.

im not gonna say its not plain if it is and im not being harsh im just saying what it is. Regardless of wether it is his first sig or not everyone is treated the same when it comes to C&C
