Of course, there is a way! A proxy program which will mask your IP to look like the one you need. You just need to search for a working proxy IP.
Proxifier - Bypass firewall and proxy, tunnel connections through an HTTPS and SOCKS proxy I use this, works like a charm.
Search for working proxies here: Socks5 Open Proxy List sorted by reliability column, descending
