Features:

NX Chams: Lets you see enemies through walls
No Spread & No Recoil: Allows you to shoot your gun without it moving. Your bullets also fly straight where the crosshair is shooting. (Works with Shotgun and Sniper Sway + Spread)
xHair & oHair: Shows a crosshair or a circlehair
No fog: Disables fog. (useful for Snow Valley)
Fly: Allows you to fly (press space)
Nametags: Shows the enemy Nametags above their head.
Health Bars: Shows the enemy Health in a bar.
Activation: Allows you to pickup weapons, activate doors from far away. and pickup SuperSoldier boxes.
Radar: Shows you the positions of the enemies and team on a Radar.

Hotkeys:

Insert = Open/Close Menu
Space = Fly (Press jump, then press alt to fly up. it is controlable tehe)
NUMPAD 8462 = to move the menu around.

Yes, the hack worked for me a couple of hours ago but crashed after 10 minutes, and yes I did run it as administrator.

You shouldn't be getting that message since those are graphical dll's... Update your drivers and you might get it, if you don't go and download that DLL.
