Features:

NX Chams: Lets you see enemies through walls
No Spread & No Recoil: Allows you to shoot your gun without it moving. Your bullets also fly straight where the crosshair is shooting. (Works with Shotgun and Sniper Sway + Spread)
xHair & oHair: Shows a crosshair or a circlehair
No fog: Disables fog. (useful for Snow Valley)
Fly: Allows you to fly (press space)
Nametags: Shows the enemy Nametags above their head.
Health Bars: Shows the enemy Health in a bar.
Activation: Allows you to pickup weapons, activate doors from far away. and pickup SuperSoldier boxes.
Radar: Shows you the positions of the enemies and team on a Radar.

Hotkeys:

Insert = Open/Close Menu
Space = Fly (Press jump, then press alt to fly up. it is controlable tehe)
NUMPAD 8462 = to move the menu around.

Ok, first time I played I crashed within 10 minutes but what happened was somebody spammed the fuck out of the chat box. Have you setup this hack to do this? Because when I played another random one it was crashed again by the same person.

Edit: Keeps DCing every time i log in, is there any way to extract the .dll from the loader and run byte cipher on it?

The loader should automatically Cipher itself.

Also, the d/cing issues might be your CA folder havign too many shit.
Delete all unnessecary files, and close all browsers with MPGH on it. (or just close the tabs.)

Remember to run the loader as administrator.

I think it is now patched, as when I join into a lobby my game crashed.
