Features:

NX Chams: Lets you see enemies through walls
No Spread & No Recoil: Allows you to shoot your gun without it moving. Your bullets also fly straight where the crosshair is shooting. (Works with Shotgun and Sniper Sway + Spread)
xHair & oHair: Shows a crosshair or a circlehair
No fog: Disables fog. (useful for Snow Valley)
Fly: Allows you to fly (press space)
Nametags: Shows the enemy Nametags above their head.
Health Bars: Shows the enemy Health in a bar.
Activation: Allows you to pickup weapons, activate doors from far away. and pickup SuperSoldier boxes.
Radar: Shows you the positions of the enemies and team on a Radar.

Hotkeys:

Insert = Open/Close Menu
Space = Fly (Press jump, then press alt to fly up. it is controlable tehe)
NUMPAD 8462 = to move the menu around.

The hack is so laggy, I run CA normally with at least 21 FPS at High Graphichs, now i switched to LOW but still lags.
Removed from my PC, and thanks for the 12 minutes use though.

It's the No recoil, and chamz most likely. All others shouldn't make you lag much...
I know because I've fiddled with it some.
RGB mode doesn't work.

sorry almost gonna guarentee that ain't gonna happen thts vip bud public is small stuff like no recoil chams stuff like tht no opk or super bullets or aimbot like you said you might find 1 like that to public every once in a great while.

Just because it crashes for you does not mean it's detected... Read up before you open your mouth. -_-
If it is detected = Elite Encrypt
If not = Get a better injector

Make sure you also have the latest framework and C++ language packages installed.
Maybe your OS isn't compatible with this specific hack?

IN other words: Look at all the variables and possibilities before stating your conclusion.
