Got a school assignment i have to ask shit ton of people what is good service in your opinion and what is bad service.
And by good service i mean like at a hotel
Please let me know

Good Service: Friendly staff, no hassles, easy to understand know what they are talking about don't pressure you and have reason behind what they say (in store).
Nice and quick, easy to follow what's going on.

Bad Service: Walk into the store and get mobbed by staff working on commission. Speaking very quickly not too sure what they're talking about.Very Biased without a proper reason.
Hard to understand, Takes a while to get anywhere.

Good Service: Good service is the ability to make the customer happy and satisfied with the product or what ever it is your selling. Engaging with the person in small, light conversations also shows good service.

Bad Service: Pretty self explanatory, being unfriendly. Being rude to the customer. (iunno)

Fail Just saw the hotel bit

Relaxed workers that know where anything is, have good knowledge of the city (bonus marks for other places in the country). Easy to talk to. If you're there for a holiday then you want to relax and you can't do that if the Staff are uptight and only care about their workplace

Anyways, good service means multilingual staff which has the intention of helping and does the best within their power to make people get what they want. Fast response times, no bullshit and kind are must-haves.

Bad service would be lacking these things, I guess.

I did hospitality and business management. The key factor to quality service is great customer communication, the company also has to have a good process and production strategy. Bad services is vice versa.
