    Nope, Im pretty sure you can appeal for a false accusation, but theres virtually no chance that you are going to get your game working again.
    I would buy a new copy of the game that you got vac banned from. But dont put it on the same account because its already banned from that account

    Sadly :'( it is but im not banned yet since i only use Fov changer and somethimes the external no recoil hack
