How to make knife speed hack (idea)

Ok i have an idea for how to make a hack that is in vip for free the problem is i am not sure how to do 1 thing i need somone to tell me how to put cheatengine 5.4's script in my Nexon/Combat Arms/Game/the weapon melee files. if all goes as planned it should make the knife speed adjustible and will work even with no bypass so somone could u take a look and check if u can do it plz. Oh and thank me for the idea Ty^^

CE can't run in the background when the game is on, even if you don't use it on CA. :/
