What do you think about this build?

    Am I missing anything?
    Is it good?
I might swap for a different motherboard.
    And might swap for i7.
    Depending on my budget.
I want to spend no more than 1300.

Looks nice! However, I'd go for a heatsync fan instead of watercooling, because its cheaper and more reliable.
I'd also take out your SSD and just go for a GTX 580 instead of a 570

This mobo is EXTREMELY overpriced! 160$ for that? You can get those specs for like $80-100!
As in my build, I use the p67 pro 3, doesn't have all those specs, but most of them.

If I were you I'd do the following
remove SSD (believe me, except for the boot up time you dont need to install your OS on a ssd? Hdd is fine! The ssd is also a little faster in data transfer rates, so it copies a music folder faster. But you dont need that on your OS drive.. Just do install the os on the same hd as your files)
    Replace cooling
    Change mobo

I'd recommend my build but then with your modifications to it, like a 2133 RAM instead of a 1600 or so.
But really, the ssd and the mobo is just complete nonsense

    Overpriced mobo?

    1. We live in Australia.
    2. It's a Z68 board. There is a reason why P67 boards are no longer carried in Australia. The market for a budget OC board isn't there when you can get full OC features and more with a Z68 chipset.
    3. Your board, apart from being a P67 board, also has no multi graphics support, neither Crossfire or SLi. At least with a UD3 we have the option to drop in a second 570 or purchase some 660s down the road.
    4. Its a UD3 board which are extremely reliable has all the features you would need and extra headroom for some nice OC and other tweaking.

Don't need an SSD? You've obviously never used an SSD. There is a reason why SSDs are considered the best improvement in PC components since the introduction of SATA. Not only will your OS boot faster, software install quicker, data transfer faster but you'll also get a slight in game performance boost. I'm not talking about loading screens either, there is a slight advantage with having an SSD where your burst rate is far greater (as long as your RAM is bottlenecking that) and you can on-load to the RAM a lot quicker, which then will off-load onto the CPU. You'll notice this difference in speed the most in games that do live rendering. The only HDD that has a similar effect are a couple of Hitachis and the Velociraptor. Granted in a newer build you probably wouldn't notice this much of a difference as burst rate are pretty much no longer a bottleneck, but in older systems its far more noticeable.

AS for you Longy, I'd say you have a pretty good build right there. I don't like the case but that's just personal preference. For the SSD, I would advise ditching the Agility 3 and go for a much more reliable Corsair Force 3. Too many RMA stories about OCZ drives. Plus with the Corsair you'll get the same IOPS but a higher max Read, and a higher max Write. I recently got mine, and I've no issues with it so far. Brilliant drive and as fast as I'd ever need it to be.

I'll be doing overclocking so I'm not gonna use cheap boards that only allow offset voltages. I love my manual voltage on the Sabertooth P67. Too bad the board broke and I bought Asus P8Z68V-LE and it's offset voltages.

I'm currently using OCZ Vertex 60GB SSD and I'm loving the speed.
10 second boot to desktop since I took off password.
    I'm currently using a GTX580.
    So meh.
    about 580.
