English localized iwd's

Hey.
I've recently purchased russian Black ops key, there wasn't a problem with transaction or activation. Im stuck however on trying to change the language.

I've went through two tutorials (from House where megaupload links do not work atm and Rowan's where instead of iwd files, I get rar's with normal folders after extraction).
If somebody could give the solution to Rowan's files (since i've got them on my hdd) i'd appreciate very much.

P.S. Do I need actual single player to play MP?

The only file you should extract is English.rar and place the "english" folder in the zone folder. Do not extract the IWD's
