I have a problem. I enable it, changing my keybinder settings. Fire key to middle button istead of left mouse key. But when I get in-game, I'm not able to shoot with left mouse key. Any way to fix this?

After you change your fire key to middle mouse button ('scroll wheel'), load up a match.
Then press F4 and try shooting. You should notice that you can shoot again using the left mouse button, but it's a lot more accurate.

THe thing is, it IS enabled when I get in the game. Then it should be able to work without F4?
