Nexon is trying for a "shock & awe" approach. As you know Gay Admins (Think) they're a "premiere" Hack site. If they can take down this "beast" then whose to say they can't come after MPGH? Or any other hack site for that matter? ToS doesn't mean shit if Nexon wins against Gay Admins.

Doesn't matter if Nexon makes this accomplishment, GA was doomed from the start. They don't do their own coding for VIP, they bought Lifetaker and Weapon Spawner from a guy named Kyle (If you know which Kyle I'm talking about, HS4LYFE). GA was a big ass scheme that is finally getting put in it's place.

The TOS of any website do not circumvent law/copyright law. Stating that Nexon and their employees are not permitted to visit the site does not give one express permission to break the law. If it were that easy you could run out and get a patent on rape or get a restraining order on the police and claim they can't come anywhere near you while you're holding up a bank.
