Posting files for Alter-Revolution is not permitted here. Firstly, it has been stated by one of the Server Admins themselves that advertising their project on other websites is not allowed and they'll punish you if they find you on their forums.

I see that our community is growing but there is one rule that is a must for all us.Advertising (our project) on any site is forbidden.Persons who are caught and have an account here (on the aRev forums) will be punished.If Alteriwnet will remain or NTA reopens another project that involves mw2,we will close this forum and all that is related to it.

Secondly, it's a ripoff of the alterIW project and just contains some hex edited and modified IWDs. It just uses a publically available aIW server emulator that's been around for quite a long time to run the server (you can find it on Google Code).

NTAuthority has started a new project called IW4M at FourDeltaOne.net which is completely legitimate and is allowed here. Please check the sticky in the Private Servers section for more details.
