Interesting concept.. but you need to work on depth, closer to the grass it should be sharper, farther the grass is, blur then blur/sharpen some areas of space maybe add some lighting.. and as for the name.. I would go for something to do with the colorful-ness along with the note symbols coming from the hangman

too much blur for me to enjoy the foreground. the background is amazing.
try changing the position of focus.

If you're going to focus on the background, but the foreground is the defining element, don't blur the foreground.
The best option in this case would be to fill the tree and hanging man with black, simply put.
If you wanted to get more complicated, you could manipulate and shadow the foreground, but that would take more time and a bigger understanding of how light behaves.

Last, I would have a bit less going on in the background. Not quite as many stars/nebulae/etc. Make it look real.
