Visual Novels Anyone? (Katawa Shoujo)

Well,I happened to come across the torrent for Katawa Shoujo,a visual novel/game,and downloaded it. It's quite different from what I'm used to,but I kinda like it. Any of you know any noteworthy ones I could try out? /thread

Hmm im still playing a game by R.U.N.E. and yeah... ZyX never had the time to dl katawa shoujo even though i know i should. (also heard that it wasn't as good as most expected it to be).

Yeah pretty much the type moon and Persona series, although persona are actually very VERY great and well made games. (p3 my favorite).

Anyway, if your going for visual novels eroges are usually better on average if on nothing but plot and artistic detail. But in my personal opinion VN in a general sense are pretty bland.

-Got tired of the text based solid picture thing a long time ago. Nowadays they either are too corny and try to hard, or don't provide any voice and a bland setting. Persona is probably the only series i admire for that but eh.....

Visual novels are like........text based rpgs.

Basically a story is done by pictures with text/voice. No animation really.(unless you count a few cutscenes). Its like.........well most jrpgs.

They're "Choose your own adventure" books with pictures and music
