world edit HACK!

im an admin and an op on a server i play on, it has the world edit plugin and i know how to use it, but what i want is a hack, i saw a new person join, and he used world edit to wand spawn when he was the default rank and wasnt op, he was not supposed to have permission to use the plugin, i want that hack so i can go on a random server that has the world edit plugin and use world edit without being an op

I don't know how he did that, it was probably because your server had plugins set to anyone could use worldedit.
