Mw3 10 000 FPS Help!

So hey guys! Really new here, so welcome me

But I saw a guy on youtube that made a Mw3 video, there he had 10 000FPS (Sorry for that I had wrong, but the slowmotion was so sick!), so I were wondering what I have to do to do that! I want it really explained like the stuff and like that, it would be so great if someone could help me with it!

And I talked to some few people that I know, they dont really know but we are trying tho. So I am not sure if I am right atm, but if I go to Theather mode, take the Timescale at 0.1, then record it with 100FPS, then I take it to full speed in sony vegas, then its 1000FPS ? But Fraps cant record higher than 120FPS (I think). So as I said, it would be great with some help and explinations!
And sorry, my English isnt the best, but I am trying =)

First of all, Human eye can see much more than 60 fps, we don't see fucking frames per second!!!
