Making hacks in CA EU ?

Hey, lately i have been searching like 1000 pages of google on how to make CA EU hacks with c++.

I have learned the basics, but none of them refer to hack making...
So if someone here that is good at hack making, could teach me, i would be very happy

I have been searching for ages and i cant find an answer...

If you know the Basics of C++ You should be able to download a base and update it in no time.

Open up a base and study it? Easy enough.
