2nd Going 3rd??? WTH do you call that rank?! There are only 2 Lieutenant [Bar] ranks. 1st is 2nd Lieutenant [Gold Bar] and then 1st Lieutenant [Silver Bar] before turning Captain [Double Silver Bars].

Sergeant First Class is also acceptable since that's what SFC really means. But since CrossFire has 4 Classes for the Sergeant Rank, SFC and Sergeant First Class may cause some confusion. For CrossFire players, SFC is more acceptable.
