I do survays alot, and i can tell you one thing. IP hiders are rubbish. You will get banned from most providers, and the rest can detect them. I do survays legitly and can earn around 20k zp per ALT.

well okay I have enabled hotspot shield, did a sur.vey, waited for a day, and still nothing.

You can try using Tor Browser. I've used it before and it's pretty nice.
