host time scale command

ok, i dont know for sure so i figured i'd ask, when using host time scale in town, do other players experience the speed change/and or see my players speed change.

i tend to use this in random channels while doing my expertise, i try to make sure the channel is empty but every now and then players come into the channel and i have to turn it off, i was just curious.

and no, its not on my main, i do the expertise on random accts to try and make it seem a little more legit so maybe it wont get banned quicker, also crafting to sell off mats.

If really noone else is close to you, you can use it. Still kind of a risk tho.
