Making hacks

hey can someone please teach me how to make hacks? what programs to use, and how to code for hacks.
i have a $20 UGC and i will be willing to pay if someone can please please please teach me how to make hacks.

You can't just jump into making hacks. You need to learn a programming language: C++. It's mandatory to have knowledge with this language.
