Buying G1C

So ive been wanting to buy G1C and i did few times but now i ran into problem ://
The thing is i buy G1C with phone since i am under 18 and i don't got creditcard.
Now here is the problem.When i go "Earn G1C" when i scroll down theres option to buy with phone when i click it for 36,90KN (KN=is USA its Dolars theres euros etc here its kuna,kn).Anyway for 36,90KN i get fucking 195 points for 18KN i get 90 points.So before i there was MORE options and CHEEPER options.Like for 30KN i was able to get 500 G1C 500 for 100KN i was able to get 1100G1C and now only one option,MOBILE FIRST.
Guys anyway if ANYBODY can help me i whoud LOVE to give them 600G1C cuz i got 120KN my phone .
So what i need is how to get again those option to get MORE options to buy G1C and not stuck here with expensive crap.
Please guys if you know how to fix FPS,you know how to make HACKS well i am sure and i pray you know answer on this one.
Btw i did some server changing before.If that helps i don't know if its network or something but PLEASE help me out :/

The problem is that G1 has unvalorized the Cellphone credits and now we can`t so much for almost nothing i know it`s hard cuz i used to buy credits by Cellphone too but we can`t do nothing, sorry.

Yea,but,that happend to me before i mean to have like only 2 offers just when i got credits for my phone.And then i had 100$ on my phone and those option were like back,dunno why :O
Edit:A lot options were back,there was those 2 and then there was like 6 more options.
