This is a pretty flimsy way of having evidence to ban someone. Couldn't someone use a Hex editor to change the name of a hacker then record it to frame someone else?

We have discussed this and we can't really say anything other that it is true. They ban on consoles too and you can't really cheat with names in there.

As i said in the post, it is not a VAC ban. BanCandy does ban a little on the PC. Steam reports does not do anything what so ever. In-game reports might.
