    Had the same problem some time ago .. I just deleted them, entered some rooms, played a bit .. then it worked..

    hmmm... very weird... truelly i dont know how resolve this, you can send a report and contact to z8 games or maybe your windows is not compatible, i dont know...or try uninstalling, deleting the z8games folder from your disk and re install in safe mode if that doesn΄t work i don΄t know other thing to do... sorry...
