And by people you mean 2 leechers, 1 of them used the hack for less than 1 week, and, as VAC bans are delayed, I hardly think that he got banned due to this hack... And might be BanCandy as well ;D Anyways, if more people came here saying that got banned, than I'll agree with you

Try to re-install Net 4 and run the hack as Admin.. I don't believe it will really work.. but you can try

Have you tried playing with the draw Res and draw Times in the config file? Should help speed it up for lower end systems...
