dedicated server help

I can connect to the local IP but when i try to connect to external it does not work, I did port forward and I Edited the config to my liking I am at a loss i would like to play Gun game or OIC on my terms but this isnt working please if anybody has a solution help thanks much

I assume your trying to host a dedicated server. Try downloading LogMeIn Hamachi. It's like a VPN (Virtual Private Network). All you need to do is tell your friends that you want to play with to download it. Then join your Hamachi network. Then change the server IP address (in your server config file) to what your IPv4 is.
