Need Graphics designers for my game design team (YOU NEED KNOWLEDGE OF BLENDER)

Alright guys
I wanted to talk to you lovely GFX Pro's about a new game design team i'm going to be making, I have some good-ish knowledge of unity, And this is the graphics thread, There will be alot of threads around the forum, Script threads, Unity threads, Ect.. But i am currently putting together a game design team, And of course, To make a game you need objects

buildings/Guns/Weapons/Npc's/Characters And the extra stuff.

I need a team of 8 people Maximum, Who can design well in Blender. Read a bit more about the game design team below.

Name: UnknownDesigns (We can get a better name later - This is temporary)

The games we plan to create:

We don't really have a name for any game's we plan to create yet, But we have a pretty good idea of the genre of the games we will make, Such as:

Mmorpg
Fps - First person shooter
And we might even create our own type of game completely.

We will probably be starting with a FPS or Mmorpg, And planning to take about 1 - 3 months creating the game itself.

Our Ambitions:

With the right team, We have high ambitions on what to do with our games, For a while now i have been debating when is the right time to create a gaming company, Many of you might have remembered star games, We had about 20 applicants for that company, 5 of them got accepted, we then closed the company due to the main company manager quitting to make his own company.

FAQ -

So here's some questions asked by previous people i have contacted about this and from star games.

Are you planning to sell your games or what?
The answer is, No we are not planning to sell our games, We will be making games where users can pay for items/things to enhance their game-play, Some of our games will cost money anyway.

How are you going to create the games?
We will have a team of the following:
Unity designers
Graphic designers
Blender designers ( A little different to graphics designers - These are map designers and item designers and even NPC Designers, The graphic Designers take care of videos to be shown in-game, Logo's, Websites, Launchers and all the other stuff needed)
Sound composers ( These will do voice overs ect.. )

Do the staff who work for you get paid?

To begin with, The answer is No, You will not get paid, So you'r probably thinking there is no point in working for us? Well, If you read the sentence properly i said "To begin with" Meaning you will do, Once the game is released, and we are earning a good amount of money from it, You will get paid your percentage of what we earn.

I don't think any of us actually use Blender. Plus we've had countless people recruiting designers for their "game". Not one of them has actually made one.

I think i know that program? It's like Cinema4d but more of an animation program?
Am i right?

3D animation / more of a maya type thing going on with it though. Easy for beginners to animate and a lot of options for the actual "professionals".

My 13 year old brother could look for a team too but he doesnt know anything about computers.

@ .REZ - Right, Lets get this straight, If i wanted to, I could create a game using premade models, And premade scripts i find from the internet, But i want to create a game that doesn't contain many or even any premade modules, So im actually looking for a team because of course, I can't do much design, I will be helping with my part of the bargain, but if we have a team, We all take part, If i could make a game by myself, i would do, I have some experience in designing the game map using the models, And giving a good idea of how the game could be. Ill be doing my bit, and the others will be doing theirs.

Designing a map using models is like designing a house from legos. You already have all of the parts, you didnt create anything you just put it together. I have experience using Blender in creating 3d models and animations. What will you be doing if I decide to donate my time.

I can do models and textures. Hell if I had the time I could make my own game but its a hell of a lot of work.
