How to lessen .dtx file size?

I cant inject cause the new file is bigger, any step by step? I read some other posts but can seem to really understand. My first time using photoshop, sory. I can view the files in photoshop but can't seem to find the way to save it to make the file smaller or whatever should i do. Pls kindly help, a step by step procedure pl0x.

after you click FILE >>> SAVE AS >>> (Select DTXFile) enter file name >>> SAVE the setting will pop out
