Why not just run barefoot? Technically its the best way to run once you get used to it.

Why not just run barefoot? Technically its the best way to run once you get used to it.

And it's a lot more comfortable running on the ball of the foot barefoot than doing heal-toe in shoes.

Can't call yourself AFRICAN american if you can't deal with a little bit of rocks and twigs while running.

If you're into minimalist running shoes,
these are great. I'm on my second pair.
They get some getting used too though, it's nothing like throwing on a pair of New Balance or Nike's with all kinds of heel support.
Expect that with the the five fingers too.
