I'd personally get the actual GFX team going first, then have a resource team go up with a sponsor or two from the team and make it a mostly regular member deal.
I have 20GB of everything I've ever collected (haven't collected in almost 2 years, mind you) and it's all yours.
Except dyst .psd's. Can't let those go. But I'm sure you have all the ones I have.

And yeah I got a bunch of the dyst PSDs and some of Finn's C4D files (10-12 gigs each) so I have quite the extensive collection. Like you said, it would probably be best to get this done after the team gets assigned, etc etc so I'll just be lurking and chilling for now.
