Can also verify that with Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit/portal injector, the lag is harsh and it does crash after 5 minutes. Have also checked with Windows 7 Pro, and 32 bit of both Pro and Ultimate.

Use PerX Injector (Run as Admin)
Run CombatArms_Direct.exe (Run as Admin)
