Elixer is my favourite. Would be cool if you made it more liquid, like a proper elixir of sorts.

Work on your anti-aliasing, since that's what I notice in a lot of your logos. They're good on the most part, except that last one is weird. KIU

1st is my favorite.

The others need some spark.
A good idea would be to do some faux company stuff with a catchy logo that is relevant to the company.

For example, a courier service with some wings on an envelope.. and your text

It's cool that you're doing stuff like this though. Always good to see other elements of graphics design besides what started this place out.

I tried to do that kinda like the Z for example was like Lightning bolt = fast
Fast = good

I had some other sketches too but I couldn't pull it off

Yeah, Elixir and and Crunch are the only ones that have some connection between the design and the company's purpose.
This is basically some typography with a few lines around. The logos need something they'd stand out for, because now they're just empty and boring.
Some colours would be nice, too.

I like the elixir and IT ones best. They are all very good; simple yet interesting like all logos should be. One improvement could be adding a bit of colour in some of them.
