vcredist_x86 2010 (for 32 Bit users)
vcredist_x64 2010 (for 64 Bit users)

Instruction:
Download The 2 dlls
After Download
Click Mouse 2 your CF PH
CLICK Propeties
AND Click Find Target
and Put the 2 dll in your Folder
And Done!!!
if not Work The Hack Make Sure Do you Install The VCREDIST X86 32bit VCREDIST X64 64bit
