Just an update:
They did indeed refund all the NX I bought to my credit card; and said that the ban was due to using "hacks to gain advantage" but they were "showing leniency" to my account.. To reinstate it I have to buy back the NX they refunded, then they will deduct it from my account :/

but the msg he got was send an email to "billing....nexon.net" something like that? i cant remember lol



Did the email also say the account wil be wiped?? cuz my friend's email said that... but im not sure if nexon deleted the character or what lol ...
U might want to verify if ur characters/account will remain as how u left it or else... ur paying $$$$ to get an empty account lol

Forgot about this, but if anyone also having this problem:
They did indeed give my account back, everything was the way I left it.
Although, there was a problem with buying NX with a credit card through the Nexon site, so I had get some of those Karma NX cards instead.
The amount they charge you is the same as the amount you have spent on your account (and, also the amount the refund after banning your account), so not really ripping you off; and I was surprised they actually your refunded NX after banning you o.O.
