IP hide/change problems, help please

Hey guys, I'm in need of some help.
I'm trying to evade a ban on a SAMP server (Gta San Andreas online) I was succesful with creating a new account using proxy's on their website but now the problem pops up. I can't enter the server using proxy and/or vpn. I tried Hotspot shield and hide-ip easy. But I think it causes major lag or something because I can't login.

Is there someone who knows a program to hide/change my IP without lags so I can play perhaps?

All IP Hiders will make you lag as far as I know now I might be wrong. sorry

Use the software Freedom + Proxifier! It gets you IP to every country. You need to learn the tutorial on how to get those to work against each other to make it work! It doesn't make it lag as much as some IP changers I have used.
