try reinstalling to other local disk... or try reinstalling it elsewhere on that disc.. i had this problem and it worked for me.

I already did it but the problem still exists

Safe Mode is a mode you run to fix errors that may have occurred on your computer. On the boot screen, spam F8 and you'll be taken to another screen. It'll give you different options. One is safe mode. There are different kinds of safe modes. You need to do 'safe mode with networking' - and then uninstall CF and reinstall.

please restart ur computer don't open program make crash with xtrap

if don't work please reinstall the game

if don't work someone hack your computer and xtrap don't lie Only Make Scan With Rescue CD ( Avira - kaspersky ) BEST Then make new windows

*sigh* How do you people get these problems? Theres a file called Xtrapva.dat in crossfire/rez/bgm
I'm guessing somethings wrong with that so in a couple minutes ill upload the original for you.

EDIT: Here you go. Just extract it in the directory i named above ^^
