Yes, probably. VAC sucks, but get a MOAB with each kill will be a little suspicious and other player might report you or record you and send to our "friend" BanCandy. And Its pretty simple, don't need a video... I'll try to explain.

1-) Go in a lobby and make sure YOU ARE THE HOST; (You can test with a friend on a private match)
2-) Attach Cheat Engine to MW3, kill someone, put 1 on the filed Value on CE an click New Scan;
3-) Kill someone again, and put 2 on CE and click Next can. Repeat this changing the numbers for the number of kills you have, if you die, put 0 and click Next Scan;
4-) If you did everything right, when you get 4 or 5 kills you will have some addresses on CE that start with 020..... Select all this addresses and move them to the table(Click the Red Arrow);
5-) Select all the Addresses on the table, right click and go in "Change Record -> Value" put 24, or 23(If you have hardline).
6-) Click on the box that says "Active" to freeze the addresses and it's done. For each kill you'll get a moab.

I'm not good at explaining things, but I can make a video if you still want.

But remember, This is Dangerous and might cause you a Ban, specially if other player report you. I don't believe that VAC scans for memory writing unless you have been reported, cause.. well, I'm not banned and I have been writing/reading memory since last month. But still, Use at Your Own Risk

Actually this shouldn't be VAC detectable.
The kill addresses would be something that changes constantly by the game itself, so changing it externally VAC wouldn't think anything of it.
With that said I wouldn't use cheat engine to achieve this.

BanCandy is another story.
And no, if the reporter reports you with the Reporting Tool they get your Steam ID, so faking your name doesn't matter either way.

Memory editor that attached to the game proccess while playing (when a map was loaded) will result in a VAC ban. So do not use this with your main account...

Works brilliantly, many thanks to you @NightmareTX and @General Sheperd for the in depth tutorial.

To make it easier to find the specific addresses type "0000000002000000" in the "Start" box and "0000000002100000" in the "Stop" box. This will narrow your search to the actual variables we are looking for

Also very useful the specialist killstreak; simply set the values to '8' to have permanent "All Perks Bonus". Easiest way I know to get an edge-up on your opponents.

i did this hack/cheat and found out that it began with 01F not 020

and the easyest methode is

• scan with cheat engine to the value 0
• kill
• scan with cheat engine to the value 1
• die
• scan with cheat engine to the value 0

and repeat until you find 4 to 6 remaining addresses

then change the value to 23 or 24 and freeze it

Odd, mine only worked with the 020 addresses and I managed to get it down to 2 addresses. Are you sure you were host?
