The Taliban was sorta defeated for a short time am I correct? I remember reading a NY time paper I think and the headline read
"After the Taliban Fall, a Long Haul"read it and it did say the US troops defeated the Taliban. Then some weeks went by and another paper of the NY Times had said "Taliban Revival".
