and yea, if a country did launch its nukes, the other would shoot them down first and return a retalitory strike...plus, the russians have the typhoon class -.- they have the strongest possibilty of being the last humans alive in the course of a nuclear war. also if a country did launch its nukes also it would either a) soften up the opposing countries defenses first or b) nuke EVERYTHING in the country so it couldnt retaliate.

Its quite disturbing how some people are still used to identifying the Russians as communists even when they have abandoned such a political system more than a decade ago.
