Why does everyone assume Russia is Communist? It's not -.- the USSR was the Communist form of Russia during WW2. Russia is now acting as a federation and their government is structured as a representative democracy.

Actually, Russia have more less accurate, outdated, or weapons that fail to launch or active. Thus bringing that amount toll down to little or even amount to USA launch.

If a nuclear war happens then both sides will lose, there will be no victors.

Russia and China are not allies, they have a mutual relationship, China would not risk its social, economic, and military over a nation that have more manpower in land, air, and sea compare to the Chinese forces. Because of the NATO alliances, while China will forever have massive manpower, they lack a proper airforce and naval forces of that of the United States and her allies and lagged behind in it.

Look up about the Russian nuclear stockpiles, you'll see that a lot of the nukes are oudated or does not work because of USSR collasping and the vast area in which the nukes are stored and even forgotten, because of the vast size, governments fear that terrorists can easily get a nuclear weapon or create a nuclear 'dirty' bomb.

China did not push United States out of the conflict, it was the people at home. While China send men and supplies to help the Vietnamese, it was not the main cause of the US losses, in fact the People Republic of China and Vietnam had a small but bloody war in 1975.
