It looks like a pink back ground, a c4d - perhaps 2 - and a render.
THats all what i can see init. sorry.
Try working on the background, darker.

the BG is deiffinetly yellow, i like it
i like sigs like that but it does need more work

Not bad.
I'm a fan of one sided sigs, so I like this.
Try to add more clipping masks on the right sig on his shoulder or around the left.
Try using some brushes and erasing it with a splatter brush and then clip mask it.
