Jr Team idea

Just an idea I just thought of.

If a Jr member fails to be an active participant. You can request a poll to decide if the user stays on the team. A poll only other Jr GFX members can vote on.

Also, any changes you want made that deal with the Jr Graphics team can be handled in a similar fashion. The only regulation would be that you need ask a gfx team member before calling the vote. As to prevent unreasonable changes.

That certainly is a good idea.

Just giving them control over there own team. It will have a few minor draw backs, because of disagreements, but I don't feel as if that would be a major issue.
