Once I reached over 300,000 vivideo views and 500 subscribers, I was long tired of the idea and achievement. It's nothing but a number, same with these FB Likes you're expecting. If you seek to be a Youtube Partner, like being a try hard, you're just wasting time unless you absolutely enjoy what you do and know it'll end up giving you cash. I mean, if you genuinely enjoy to make Youtube Videos then sure; but i'd rather go back in time and have skated with friends more, didn't quit learning instruments; wish I turned off the PC more and put more time into hanging out with people close to me.
